returns & exchanges

Every item in my shop is handcrafted, stitched, stuffed, or illustrated by hand — which means each piece has its own personality. I check everything carefully before it ships, but if something isn’t quite right, I will always do my best to make it right. Just reach out!

damaged or faulty goods

If your order arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact me within 7 days with photos so I can repair, replace, or refund as needed. I want these pieces to bless your home, not cause stress.
